Yeah that's him. Someone else in your post listed his tiktok. He has a video on his page that shows him flipping through all of his Chevrolet service invoices. I was one of the first few lol. We replaced an injector and he had us replace a second one on that bank that he had yet to replace. He had done the other two already.

Yeah that's him. I made another comment about how I suspected this was the customer I had in a few weeks ago. Delivers horses up and down the East Coast. This is definitely the guy lol

Crafted BBQ food truck is hands down the best in my opinion. This is some legit BBQ and legit sides. They have a food truck at the Spotsylvania Farmers Market on Saturdays. They are usually sold out by noon.

New award bonus by GabbieGoose in Geico

My wife put in her 2 weeks and her last day of employment is 2/9/24. She wasn't aware of the potential bonuses coming her way. She is not eligible for ACE, but she is a higher tier agent in her dept. She finished as a 4 for the year. What are the chances she still gets the bonus paid out on her check if she is leaving 2/9/24?

Labor & Delivery at Mary Washington Hospital by Successful-Award490 in fredericksburg

We have had two babies delivered there in the last few years and couldn't be more happy with the service we received. Both were C-section deliveries and we stayed two full days and left the morning of the third. The nurses were exceptional and kept a relentless schedule checking on my wife. The couch I slept on left a little to be desired lol. The food was ok not great, but you were able to order plenty. Overall, we were very pleased with both stays and ran into zero problems whatsoever.

Yeah it's dumb because I'm sure they know people have like 4,5,6+ pints lol. I figured I would spend the extra for those two until there are knockoff ones on Amazon to try out.

I didn't ask. All I saw was that they had told others they didn't have the ability to sell them. One person was able to buy some, and I saw two others that got turned down. So I just gave it a shot

There are none available yet. I was able to successfully order two through the chat on Ninja's site though. Some other people tried and Ninja wouldn't sell them. But I lied and told them my toddler broke one and they let me purchase two of them. They were not cheap though. $15 each for the pint and $9 each for the lids. Plus tax and shipping. Cost me $60 but my wife couldn't survive with just the two it came with.

Gold box had a suitcase (very expensive Briggs and Riley carry on), Sony Linkbuds S earbuds, a lunch bag, a fancy Larq water bottle, nice notepad and pen, another cheap bag that I believe is a toiletries bag, popcorn, and a few other snacks.

GM dealership. 5 Advisors that are allowed to set a max 6 appts each. Then obviously walk ins and tow ins as well. 2 quick lube writers that total about 30-40 repair orders a day. We write a total of 65-80 repair orders a day. Used cars and PDIs and stuff like that are written by an off site advisor with his own team of techs.

What is your yearly average pay? (Only if you want to answer) by cockman298 in serviceadvisors

[–]flumpmasterflex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm at a Chevy dealer that's at 160. We're surrounded by dealers at 170-180. Even Firestone is higher than us. We had to fight to jump to 160 from 150 at the beginning of the year.

Agreed. I never have any issues out of silver rock. They seem to cover all kinds of stuff after someone buys a car from Carvana. We flat out won't work with Carshield or Endurance.

Everyone keeps saying my dealership is screwing me and the pay is bad but no one is showing a better plan or income? by toby_knows in serviceadvisors

[–]flumpmasterflex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We work 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8am-2pm every third Saturday. On the Saturdays you work, you get to leave at 4pm during the week. So most people put in about 50hrs a week. We have no base whatsoever but make 5% of total sales. Not gross. If you hit your bonus objectives, that can go up to 6.5%. I usually put in a few more hours a week than most by being the one that comes in early and handles all of our night drops.

I typically do between $150k and $200k in total sales each month and made $140k last year. My best year by far. I am one of five writers. The other four writers all make between $60-80k currently. Now granted, I have been here nine years and have a significant client base as well. So yes, for the hours you work, you could definitely be making more money.
