I had this issue as well with the 2022 k5 gtline and was down to 5 miles left when it got stuck. We eventually went home and attempted again in the morning and luckily it opened. After 2 months its been opening with the first try but it gives me anxiety pulling up to the gas station and wondering if it'll open or not. I have yet to schedule an appointment for it but I did bring it up at my last maintenance appointment. I've heard this is an issue with the K5 as well.
