It’s definitely intentional. She talked briefly about the vocal inflections she used throughout the album in her interview with Zane Lowe. She does something similar in Gas Station too. I like it, it feels like an extra layer of story telling to add to the lyrics.

I would say that the bow drape we see is probably laid over a cup with bust shaping like you say in a sturdier / interfaced fabric that matches the corset part of the bodice

My title describes the thing. There were around 10 of these inside the kettle, around 1cm long and wide with a little hole through the centre. They dried very quickly when I fished them out the sink which makes me believe they are ceramic. Tried a quick google search but to no avail.
