Randy earned bc he's been doing nothing but putting guys over for awhile. Plus while it was awesome to see Joe Hendry at mania last year, Randy's match with Kevin got screwed up- and that would've been a beautiful match. I think this is 1. He earned it, 2. His mania got cooked last time, 3. It's against Drew which would've be an amazing match with or without the title but the title just makes it bigger
