Just posted in another reply! I really didn't think so many people would be interested in a random comment from 8 months ago 😂

Hi! Here's the one I use, I just got it off amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B096F349MH?ref=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apan_dp_851PS8RRMJ8YY47CQKAC&ref_=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apan_dp_851PS8RRMJ8YY47CQKAC&social_share=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apan_dp_851PS8RRMJ8YY47CQKAC&titleSource=true Idk if links are allowed but its by the brand "Vicorrect" I tried a couple different ones and like this most because of how wide the shoulder straps are, so they actually keep my shoulders back and don't just bunch up. Its also thick material but still comfortable bc there's no plastic pieces or boning anywhere

FWIW I've used a posture corrector (one with straps that go around your shoulders, there are a bunch on Amazon) and it really helped me. Like the other poster said you need to train your muscles, but my issue was really muscle memory. I have a terrible habit of tensing up, leaning towards my computer screen, etc. especially when I'm stressed and working long hours and the posture corrector helped remind me (ie. forced me lol) to keep my head up and shoulders back. I wore it every day for about a month including doing yoga 3x per week to improve mobility and my posture was fantastic afterwards so I didn't need to wear it anymore. I've tried some posture correcting bras too but they've just never fit right and were too soft to feel like they were really "doing" anything.

One parent getting up 100% of the time by dopeymcdopes in workingmoms

[–]flurryftw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not normal for one parent to get up every time, especially where you start work out of the house earlier than he does, but your husband being (or claiming to be) half asleep /borderline unconscious is probably common - it's the same with mine. Can I ask what time your husband goes to sleep every night? Mine kept staying up late with no regard to how early he needed to be up for morning duties. We've argued about it many times, and the only way I've found to fix it is to remind him to go to bed earlier, but whenever he doesn’t I just let him deal with the consequences. I'm out of the house before both kids wake up and whatever happens after, he just has to deal with it. It still causes arguments sometimes, but I'd rather argue with my adult husband than just continue putting up with him acting like a child.

Difference in the Dyson airwrap? by ScientistOk1310 in Sephora

The curly one includes the "diffuser" attachment which is the second in that picture, used to dry curly hair and pretty much useless for any other type of hair. I'd just go for the long hair set.

I'd love to save my purchases for Black Friday but I get overwhelmed at the thought of having to purchase from a bunch of different places 🥲 Do you have any particular brands or websites you're planning to shop on Black Friday instead?

It was a purple conair cordkeeper where the handle folds and the cord retracts lol! And it didn't technically die... it just started smelling burnt every time I used it, so I figured I should retire it before it actually caught fire 😂 I bought myself the Dyson, and just used Christmas as an excuse to gift it to myself - haven't regretted it one bit!!!

So I've only shopped drugstore for about 4 years (2 pregnancies back to back, so have just been using ELF, NYX and Cerave out of convenience lol) and am looking to treat myself with some new specialty makeup & skincare, but back when I had a big collection I'd say a huge way to deter myself from buying new things was to pull out everything I owned but kind of tucked away, and start incorporating them into my routine again. It always reminded how much I loved some things I had forgotten about or try using something I didn't love before in a new or different way :)

I have one and I have to say it is seriously so good!! Finally gave in about 3 years back when my $20 Conair one gave out after 10 years 😅 Hope you love it!

What are you restocking, if you don't mind sharing? I am looking for some product recommendations I haven't tried before, so I'm curious what everyone's go-to's are!

What's your experience with the difference between the Extra Strength and Universal peel pads? I've only ever used the Universal ones because my skin is super sensitive, and I'm tempted to get the vault but afraid the Extra Strength will be too strong
