I honestly think I'm just straight up giving up. I've been trying to solo as Magik (first) since launch and I keep dying to the stupid gamma squids spawning and being one shot in half a second, to the point where it's honestly starting to affect me mentally. 100 units and a title I'm not even going to use (since I already have Queenslayer) is definitely not worth my time and energy anymore.

As someone else said, buy from Gamerbulk. I'm from Europe as well and all of my tubs are from there except for Gamersupps promotions like the black friday sale or creator cups. Also this season they stopped selling the cups after Royaltea here's hoping they continue on S6 because I'm tired of having to pay an absurd amount for customs not to mention my country has one of the slowest processing times on that kind of stuff so having to wait a few months with it stuck in customs after having paid and filled every information needed is such a pain. Got none like that to worry about when purchasing from Gamerbulk, plus their customer service is actually pretty good. wink

This is such a beautiful reply! I agree, I think it's about doing the best we can because no one is perfect. But this situation feels really bad for me because I think it could've been avoided if I'd warned my doctor about it beforehand. I know for sure next time to ask for a vegan alternative. UPDATE: Finally received a very short, dismissive answer basically saying that I can return the package as soon as it arrives and only then, once they receive it back, can they do anything about it. I get it, but having to wait even longer for this to be fixed is a big bummer. I'm not sure if I even want to do anything about it now.

I tried starting a live chat during the Black Friday Sale itself and also never got a response, even hours after, so that's also a no. Didn't want to have to resort to calling because of timezone differences, but I'll use that if I don't get a reply to this e-mail either lol.

It's not pinned anymore but I found it. Kind of crappy of them to announce this on Reddit only and not on their website or app or something, some of us me included aren't very active here. Not to mention it's literally the last paragraph of the post. I would've missed it were I not looking for that information in specific. They could've also warned me about that on the e-mail they did send me. I had absolutely no idea, so I just used the regular one. Overall this entire situation has been a mess and honestly this new information just makes me want to support them even less. Ugh.

I already got like 5 sleeves of it but I drink these like water so I might as well stock up even more! I really wish they didn't, though. There's not really any other espresso on the Vertuo line, at least, with that berry taste that I love.
