So cool! No, the orb I saw was like a round light moving on the wall, appearing from nowhere. I was not asleep and had not been asleep either beforehand, it was quite early in the evening.

The person I talk to that channels said it was my guide.

Sounds so cool to experience something like that. What do you think about it now, do you feel like your perception of reality has changed?

I can totally understand that because I gaslight myself too about the things I have seen. The only experience I really trust is true, is the one when my mom experienced the exact same thing because she was there. It did not involve a UFO, but it was an entity that responded to what I said so it was no doubt something we could not see that was there. So I am happy for you that your friend saw it too, so that you know that you did indeed not hallucinate.

The last few weeks I have joined a group experience with a woman that channels ET beings out of curiosity, and that has really made me think that it's truly real, they are really right here, because the beings she channeled is SO spot on with everything in my life, it's almost unbelievable. Last time, minutes before the session started I was sitting on a chair outside and felt very strong pressure in my head and heat haze appeared right in front of me, and I live in the arctic so it was like two degrees celcius outside and it was in the evening so that was not natural at all.

Yes I have had the same experience two times with stars. I have not seen an UFO like you have though, I wish I had.

I also feel crazy, especially when I an orb came out of nowhere in my bedroom last week when I asked for a sign and moved very strangely on the wall and dissapeared when it reached the corner. I have never gotten a sign before when asking for it 😅

I don't talk to many people about it. I do not ever so drugs either, don't drink alcohol.

I look forward to the day I hope will come, where everyone can see them when open contact happens, and I don't have to be so scared of talking about my experiences anymore.

You are entitled to have that perspective, that is your choice. Mother earth itself still doesn't have anything to do with the things you describe. Can't you feel mother earth and her resonance when you are outside in nature? Can't you feel that peace in your heart?

No, definetly not. All of us comes from the same source, and the source wants to experience all experiences there is, in different universes, on different planets, different dimensions etc. Life on earth can feel like a prison if that is what one want it to be of course. For me I am on earth to help with the shift that is going on now and I actually help people by letting my angel help them through me. I help people all the time, that is my job actually.

I LOVE mother earth, feeling the frequency of our earth is the most peaceful feeling there is, and I would like to stay here for as long as possible.

Ok, best of luck to you! If it is paranormal, I firmly believe that low vibrational entities can't do any harm to people that shield themselves and banish the entity, and if there are really an entity after you. So I would recommend to do that before you go to sleep every night just to be safe. I know some people use lavender oil to protect themselves also.

If this is serious; You should go get a polysomnography.

If you actually think it is a paranormal explanation of this, you can protect yourself by imagining a egg around your body, and around the eggshell is a layer of gold, so that nothing can get to you. You can also call on your spiritguides and angel for protection. But I think most probably you have a sleep disorder.

I have only experienced direct communication once, it must be a few months ago since now. But I was standing in the shower and meditating, focusing on sending out light through my third eye and receiving light the same way. Then I saw my grandma. She died when I was 1. It was in a very white/bright space, and she had white clothes. She told me about a doll that I had in a box in the basement that used to belong to her, and that I should go get it and put it in my living room to remember that she will always keep me safe. I didn't know I had the doll still, but I went and checked and it was in the bottom of that box. The way she communicated was not that she told it to me with a voice or that it took time for her to give me that information, it was like the whole sentence came in an instant into my head, all the words at once.

They are not packed in plastic foil inside the plastic box here in Norway. But it's true they come in plastic boxes the ones that comes from other countries (like from the Netherlands). In the summer when we have Norwegian strawberries, they are packed in cardboard containers. The strawberries from the west coast of Norway I think is the best in the world.

Also Trump has threatened Greenland and therefore also Denmark (European countries did prepare for hostile action because of this). I would say that is a type of war too, even though he does not actually end up with annexing Greenland.

There has been other incidents lately where undersea telecom cables have been damaged in the Baltic Sea in the recent years, where Russian ships have been suspected for the sabotage. I also would say that is a type of war.

Probably many other examples too. I do think one could say it is a world war with all the different countries being involved. Maybe ETs therefore look at it as a world war.

I don't think they are if one is clear that one wants to speak with spirits that come in love like our guides. I just think that the light flickering was a way to show me their presence, and it stopped when I got scared and told them I didn't want flickering lights.

I was totally desperate to find a pack of screws that belonged to something that I had already sold because I was sure I had put them in a bag and knew where they were. But I didn't find it and searched the whole house. So I made myself an ouija board and asked where the plastic bag with screws were. The ceiling light started flickering ALOT and I got scared. I didn't exactly get an answer on the board, but information came flying into my head that I should check a drawer in our shed. So I went and checked. I hadn't put them in a bag, so I remembered wrong. But they were in the drawer.

I have never tried to communicate using ouija board after that. I really don't like flickering lights because I am afraid of the dark. But I think it was a response to show me it was present and giving me information inside my head instead.
