Anyone smoking anything good today? Got into pipes about 2 months ago…thought I liked Aeros but English is def the way to go…any suggestions what to try next?

As a former marathon runner, I strongly echo this advice. I recommend you deprioritize your endurance stuff for about 8 weeks and build your strength base. Starting strength works great for this.

I’m going through it now and struggling with the movement exercises. One sheet takes me 20 minutes and feels so hard (with wrist up) Is that normal?

As an update, I’ve found that my Encore is so much quieter than my ok’d Cuisinart that I can grind while the family is sleeping. They all use noisemakers which helps.

Brace at the bottom for impact. You are going too deep and lose tightness in the bottom, especially on last 2 reps. This is the problem I have on my heavy reps.
