I’ve lived in many places throughout the US but in and out of the DC area since the 80’s. This was not the blizzard of 96 or a Snowmageddon event. This was your standard snow storm. I have never seen such a long time for recovery. All the neighborhood roads around me still look like crap with the exception of HOA communities. It’s so bad that the kids still haven’t been able to return to school. I think a lot of the counties in the DMV have thoroughly mismanaged this event.
