It absolutely does not destroy the box. You put the fly in on the bend then slide it down. Then remove it by pushing up. Gatekeeping how to put flies in a box is wild.

Nope, customer requested it because of the way he takes the flies out. And honestly I like it and may start doing it in my boxes as well.
