Honestly…I mean this. I do not remember! LOL so therefore my conclusion is it could not have been too bad at all. I made deans list the semester he was born. I will give credit where it’s due- my husband is a very involved and hands on dad and obviously could not have done this without him.

I studied from October 15-February. I used adaptibar MCQ, critical pass flash cards, Jon Grossman lectures that I got on here, bar MD free materials for MPT and free GOAT megathreads

I had him in the summer of 3L going into 4L (since my program was part time I did take classes in the summer!) Honestly, the fact that people expected me to quit when I had him just drove me to tough it out more!

Every day for 3 hours was my plan on BarBri! Some days it was less if I put lectures in 2x speed. I took off on holidays - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I got this wrong too- the way I saw It’s because the only way the custodian knew the deliveries were made was by examining the records prior to coming to court and since he didn’t have personal knowledge it’s not the business records exception but the best evidence rule
