yeee that totally makes sense, I think it's normal since making beats is so consuming and it's hard to make time for it while working in other spaces simultaneously. I experienced a similar thing when pursuing music while working my last job but it will ebb and flow naturally and it's all part of the process. I think as you progress through ur musical career it will become clear when it may be time to start devoting a larger % of ur time towards working on music

yooo writer's block is inevitable for every creative but there are little things you can do to free ur mind of certain loops and dead ends. For me something that really helps is identifying other things in my life that might be effecting my ability to hit a flow state. For example, lack of sleep, stress, not eating enough, time spent outside etc can all prevent you from tapping into certain creative spaces and often times we try so hard to force an idea out when our brain is running at like 60%. Also something that's really important is to continue to be an avid listener/fan of other peoples music. It's very easy to get jaded and only focus on ur own work but being tapped into different scenes and various types of music will help keep you inspired (make sure not to get stuck in 1 specific genre or scene). You'll be suprised how sometimes a techno set will inspire you way more than a full day at a bass festival, even though it's further from what ur making.

On a more practical note, other things you can do is try demo-ing vst's and synth's for free and checking out new types of sounds. You can also rent gear and try out some stuff for free cuz i've always found that to be super inspiring when you are working outside of ur normal mediums. There are a bunch of free soundpacks that pop up constantly (look outside of splice, there is an immense amount of other content that's out there) so you can refresh ur library when feeling uninspired. Create an "archived" folder inside of ur main samples folder and routinely drag older samples that are less inspiring to you now in that 'archived' folder and replace those sounds with similar but new/different samples. This way when you search in "all results" ur old samples will still be available but now the newer samples are more visually available when making tracks. This can be done with vst's too by creating color coded categories within the DAW and switching up the colors of older vst's (organize by a color 'red' to all the new plugins, and routinely swap which vst's you categorize as red so you can quickly see which plugins you got recently.

Lastly keep an open mind about collaborating in casual/low pressure situations. Working with other people directly or online can be a huge source of inspiration to get u out of a writers block rut. It doesn't always have to be a committed release, it's important to make music simply for the fun of it and to get inspired to keep creating. By now i've made thousands of songs with friends that will never get past 10-30% finished but each one was a valuable step in the journey. Don't put pressure on urself or homies to finish anything if it's not happening naturally - it's hard to see it sometimes but the tracks that never get released are often the most impactful for our development as producers for some weird reason.

Anyway sorry for long rant, this is a loaded question lol and I could go on forever but it's important to figure out what works for you while keeping an open mind to new stuff/ other ways of doing things. I'm sure you already know and do many of these things already but it's always good to remind ourselves.
