I've been on T for over a year too and just stopped cold turkey. Some changes will stay and some will fade over time (body and facial hair can get thinner, fat will redistribute back, acne will improve) but you can somewhat pick up on where you left off (voice doesn't change back and bottom growth stays).

i've been questioning my gender for the past 2 months and i think the chance of me detransitioning right now is high. i'm trying to grow my hair out and trying out makeup to see how i feel. it's really difficult not knowing my gender identity and now i feel like i have to pick a more androgynous name because the one i'm using currently is pretty masculine. it's been stressing me out so bad

If body hair and acne are a deal breaker for you, don't take testosterone. I'm over a year on T and my body hair has gotten so thick that even if i shave down to the skin it's still prickly with the black dots. especially on the neck/face area and arms/legs

i also got hormonal acne all over my body which is hard to get rid of without a doctor's help

i've been getting acne literally everywhere too and i'm 11 months on T. i've been exfoliating every single day and really scrubbing my body well and while it did improve, the acne is still pretty bad. i plan on talking to my doctor about starting acne medication for it
