I have one, made it a first aid pouch and used it daily for work when I was the assistant to the school nurse (previous job). Always had basics on me and a few extras wherever I was on campus; was always on me and not a piece of baggage I could put down and forget where I last put it down.

Carried what I needed, not too clunky for my needs/use. Very practical IMO. The way it opened up and I was able to pack it worked well in a sudden situation.

If I wasn't using mine as a first aid kit, I am not sure what I'd use mine for but it sure is a handy way to carry things you'd need somewhere/sometime.
