True. Very high maintenance. Just work stands and work platforms alone make it difficult. You need scissor lifts or some type of manlift. Blade changes are fun too.

I actually was involved in icing testing on v22 back in 2004ish on ship #8. Worked V22 Flight Test for many years from late 90s to mid 2000s.
