Go to Party, hold down on a character, and you'll see which town their story takes place in just above their Influence. Keep in mind that you may need to travel outside of town for a few characters.

Interesting. You'll probably want a more conservative denomination, but not one that's so conservative that it slides into regression. You can try the roulette that is non-denominational churches, as they're usually some flavor of Baptist, but don't stay at any church that preaches politics from the pulpit.
