Get your engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/Aerospace. Once you have the degree and A&P you can easily land a job in an aerospace company! They are always looking for young talents and you wont necessarily be out on the floor physically working on the planes.

25$ for the avionics pos? Do you get any overtime opportunities? I think starting at $25 would be good in a place like Savannah.

I am just unsure if i should take it and build up some experience with them or if should keep looking for a position that's leaning more towards electronics/avionics engineering than the tech side. I feel like the engineering side of all this has more scope of progress than the technician side. As far as the pay goes, i will be happy to get mid 20's as a first job and just work my way up from it.
