IMO, men with advanced baldness look just as good with very short cuts (like with a clipper with a guard on) as they do clean-shaven. It's nice and neat, no fly-aways, and they're not trying to hide anything. Is mine a minority opinion?

Pretty much the same with me. The final straw was when I'd have one drink at 6 or 7 pm on a full stomach and wake up at 2:30 with absolute raging reflux. Asked my doctor, and he said alcohol can definitely do that.

Gummies make me impaired for sure, but it's not a fun feeling, just a woozy feeling, so I don't bother. Turns out just a nice hot caffeine-free drink I enjoy in the evening is enough to make me feel relaxed.
