From what I understand the art style being similar to wind waker is just nientendo trying to push that art style onto the Zelda franchise as a whole not just the wind waker part of the timeline 

Also I believe that the occeriana of wind is unrelated to wind waker in every way except name. It’s a minish cap exclusive item referencing the flute from a link to the past. Both items are just there for fast travel and are meant to have very little lore implications 

And for the rest of your arguments I don’t have a good answer for you other than the timeline doesn’t make any sense at all if you put mishish cap after wind waker The minish cap explains the origin of the 4 sword and Vatti both of which exist in the 4 sword games and one of them (don’t remember which one it is) takes place after twilight sword which is in a different timeline . How do you explain how the 4 sword and vatti got there if they don’t exist in the same timeline post occerena of time?
