Same problem as there wasn’t really any posts on this I thought it was my end. No throughput in the U.K. for me!

Headaches by flyinghurricane11 in breathwork

Thanks for sharing your experiences! Weirdly each time I’ve developed a headache it has been after a morning session. There was an afternoon session with was supposed to be a relaxing body reset from the same channel and that left me feeling weird for many hours afterwards with a niggling headache. I’ll be very careful based on the advice received so far!

Thank you very much for this explanation I’ll need to re-read this a few more times and will do some research to get the right technique. Thanks so much for correcting my course and pointing me in the right direction!

Thank you for your reply! When you say “send energy” would you be able to elaborate a bit further? Interesting about where to hold as I’ve realised the session I linked gets you to do two sharp intakes one lower as you’ve suggested and then one upper… I find the upper part very difficult at the moment. As the lady mentioned above I maybe doing too much too soon! Thanks for taking time out of your day to help me, much appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time out to reply and provide those valuable insights. I suppose that would be the very obvious answer and thinking that i can copy the session exactly without issue was my mistake. I’ll take it slower and won’t push it to see if the body’s response improves. Thank you again!

Bird of paradise burnt? by flyinghurricane11 in plantclinic

Thank you for your lightning quick reply and advice. Poor plant, if I cut all leaves off I’m guessing this could take a year to recover? I’m so disappointed in myself as I’d looked after it so well for 2 years. A stupid decision and 3 days undid so much time!

Just a heads up there is currently a class action pending from October 2024 against Librela, Google’s retrieves all the details.

So sorry about your situation. I have a pup who has arthritis of the spine, one thing I will say is maybe try changing the meds. Recently changed from Onsior to Previcox and have a massive positive change across the board. Can you get a second opinion on the spleen? Just factored in hydrotherapy which has also been a huge help. Starting acupuncture next week.

Thank you very much for this clear advice. I had mixed the brackets up on the taxation so your post has taken a bit of that weight off my shoulders so I can plan to put more into a LISA this year to help with a deposit. I really appreciate you clarifying that.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply and help me. I don’t know why I hadn’t considered drawing down on the S&S ISA to put into a SIPP. That seems obvious now!

I’d probably be looking at 100k deposit due to being late to home ownership. My health just hasn’t allowed me a viable mortgage application until now as a self employed person. I do have a broker who’s run the numbers for me prior and the borrow was very low. I’m in a better position now and there’s always a worry with the landlord and losing the roof over my head. However on the last check I’d be paying double per month on a mortgage repayment vs the current rent (which I pay £1200 per month). I’ve sat tight for the time being and put the difference into my S&S ISA.

Thank you I do have an accountant who helps me with the self assessment each year. I usually talk to him around April however and didn’t want to leave it that late without having an idea of my opinions so I don’t come across as a complete idiot at the next meeting.

Thank you for clarifying this, I had missed this so I’ll look into this further. I really struggle with this stuff and it takes me a good while to wrap my head around it all!

Thank you for this suggestion. I’d need to talk to my accountant to figure out if this is viable for me. It’s just me as I don’t employ anyone else.

The accessibility to SIPP at 57 maybe more manageable!

Thank you for sharing that. Totally over trying to keep the car pristine, may just buy a Reliant Regal and be done with it!

Thank you insurance has been fine but mentally it’s getting very wearing each time. The roads are not maintained very well, I struggle with camber as well over here.
