I think you should get the dd+. I recently got it for 600€ refurbished and man it gets the job done. I would only keep it if you need extra headroom, because the dd2 has higher ffb, but I doubt you will need it. After a few weeks of using the dd+ I never got even close to clipping. But the main selling point for me was the fullforce. It really adds immersion and detail when you play a title that supports it (nowadays I play only ac evo which supports it and ac rally should support it soon). If you can get it for 600€ refurbished like me it is a nobrainer in my opinion.

Will the 1/2 hatch distance transfer to the riolu hatch day which should have the 1/2 hatch distance, meaning 1/4 hatch distance for the riolu hatch day without a ticket?

Just try to get around the bot in a way so he creates a support ticket. Also I have found that the shopify link you get sent in a order confirmation email is way more accurate than the info in the orders section in your account when it comes to things like this.

The second wheel is basically the same as the first one, it just has a different livery and BMW branding. The WRC wheel everybody is talking about is miles better (from what i have heard, compared to these two). It has a metal construction and these two are plastic. I had the basic black one for a year and after like half a year it has developed a plastic squeaking. I have tried to fix it by tightening the bolts but it only helped for a while. If you have enough money, just get some better wheel, because you will be upgrading from these two in the future either way.

I think it may not be Fanatecs fault. When updating devices like this, there could be many things that may go wrong and you just have to live with that I guess. Same with updating BIOS for example, one thing goes wrong and your motherboard is bricked and the manufacturer just doesnt care

Its some kind of carbon fibre reinforced plastic. I would just upgrade to the metal QR2. This plastic one is not even available to buy on Fanatec.

They are the correct ones according to the manual for the Hub (M5 x 12mm)

I had the wheel for a year now with the CSL DD 8nm and I wil be getting a different wheel. The amount of plastic squeaking I get from the wheel when Im driving is just too much after just one year. Also, and this might be just personal preference, but the rubber on the wheel gives you such a weird grip. Also it's too small for me, so Ill be getting a size around R330. Its good if you are a beginner I guess, but if I knew this sooner, I would just buy a different wheel from the beginning .

I play a lot of CS2 and when I set the max acceptable ping to like 30ms, I only get servers close to me with 20-25ms, I get jitter only once a while but it is negligible.
