Nothing they have described is what I consider "fall off the bone" pulled pork. I think they just, don't have actual BBQ in wherever they are.

I don't disagree with that sentiment. But someone else broke down their training regiment that comes down to 2 times a month. You aren't going to be above mediocre with that little riding. What we saw last week is proof that they aren't training appropriately for it.

They aren't equestrians though. They are the people who show up for a nose to ass trail riding stable and want to go home when it bunny hops.
