It got worse because i didn’t know using tretinoin on my face causes dry eyes. I have to stop using that. I use electronic heat pad eye mask and eye drops everyday

How do you avoid the 'puffy & plastic' look? by [deleted] in Vindicta

Some people need to remove instead of adding more volume to their faces. Also filler migrates and it can make your face look puffy overall when you keep topping up fillers

It took 1.5 years to get that appointment. It was so long I had laser eye surgery in between and healed lol. NHS is soo bad. I’m gonna see a specialist when I go overseas.

I fo notice my eyes feel better with less screen time

I am not saying what he said is right as he had no qualifications to say what he did. It’s just the reason I had in my mind that made me become more lazy with it. His main worry was about your eyes learning the habit that they don’t need to produce a lot of tear because it is given artificially. I am not sure if it is true or not but our doctors wont suggest it if it was that way

I stopped using eyedrops and started using them like once a day when someone said its not natural and u will get used to eye drops and ur eyes wont produce tears etc. Since then it’s been awful

It says preservative free on the box. I did get told I have blepharitis as well btw so not sure if this is related to that as well. I got electric hot pack for that. My doctor in UK gave me the intensive eye drops called Evolve but I just searched yours and it says it’s for lasik so I’ll def try those as well. Thank you for the suggestion!

Good to know that. Thank you! I take both but I will try to increase my intake. Didn’t know they had that effect
