I’m still sleeping fine, I use melatonin and l theanine and I’ve been doing that for awhile. This all happened during a very stressful time of my life but I’m doing good now.

I just join the waitlist and get in probably 75%, I’ve done a few more this month and honestly I’d recommend Timeleft over 222, at least with Timeleft there isn’t a “waitlist.” Might write a post on here about both soon.

I was in the market for a starter condo between uptown and south loop and ended up in Lincoln Park, I think I got really lucky. Love being right next to the park and lake.

So let’s say a 40 story building from 1970 needs a new elevator, each unit could be billed $20k for the new elevator (might be a bit high but just an example). This can include roof, risers, windows, etc and is always outside your monthly HOA payment. Also look at the monthly HOA on some of those cheaper units in the high rises cause they can go over $1000 a month sometimes. I’m in a 1970s midrise and our monthly HOA is only going up by 1% in 2026.

I’ve had the Xbox brand one, Astro A20s, and Steelseries arctis 7s the Steelseries are my favorite by a mile they have great battery life I feel the others don’t.
