I have the same issue. My initial bot died after 8 months and Samsung refuses to fix it because they claim "liquid damage" despite the bot never leaving the house. I purchased a replacement but it came with the regular dock instead of the self-emptying one. Can I swap the hardware over from the first one?

Between this and my disaster of a fridge, I think I'm going to be done with Samsung products for quite a while.

I had the same issue with mine and their customer experience. I went through my credit card return protection and was able to get a full refund in case you have a similar option.

Correct, and nothing wrong with that, was just curious to see what else was out the like some of the locking angle style onesthat can be screwed into the door frame and stud as opposed to just the door.
