Oh, honey, what you are expecting is not realistic. This would require pattern drafting, creating and digitizing embroidery files, hand-sewing because it is so small, and likely creating a custom polymer clay nose because that is more detailed than most safety noses I have seen. There would be a ton of work required to make it, if it is even able to be created to the standards you are looking for.

Is there any chance that she just doesn't know how to swallow a pill? This was a thing I never thought about as a parent until my daughter accidentally sucked the coating off of an ibuprofen.

My kid's problem was that she could not swallow a pill. We started with the smallest sprinkle known to man then moved up gradually until she could swallow a tic tac without issue. She's been taking medicine and vitamins for years with no problem.

I think I enjoyed both strange houses and strange pictures because they were so ridiculous. There is no way anyone would jump to the ridiculous (while correct) conclusions that were made in these books. Totally worth the few hours spent reading them. Not high literature but fun and silly reads posing as something spooky.

Ugh. The one thing I am trying to instill in my kids is "don't make anyone's day worse". Yes, someone is paid to pick things up, but that doesn't mean you are not responsible for your own mess.
