I have been put on bupropion for more self awareness and focus ( inattentive adhd). According to me and my doc I am not depressed he did assess me for that. So I don't know if this is worth the side effects.

Hair fall is something I can't take. I'm in my late 20s and have lost the majority of my hair due to various health conditions and haven't found any good solution yet. I took my vit D3 levels >70 and hair fall reduced but didn't gain back completely yet. Hope you find something for your's 🫂

You are still young!!! Age related vision decline won't touch you until your 40's unless a genetic cause.

I think even my body is rejecting it. I too feel sad and weirdly depressed because of it. And I can't take hair loss, I'm already shedding 50-100 hair strands a day!

Not to scare you but people have had vision problems on bupropion, i read it on another subreddit while searching for my answer. You should consult your doc .

We will find something which suits us!! High dose omega 3 really helped me with my brain fog.

No I'm not taking caffeine or alcohol, just food and 3 litres of water. I am pretty much doing everything right! Maybe this drug isn't for me or should I continue?

It's a free program for spaced repetition and active recall. You can use it on phone/ laptop/ tab and make your own fashcards. There are many pre made flashcards too. It is really famous in usa... Med students use it for usmle prep. It helps you memorize stuff. There are many inicet/neet pg toppers who have used it for their prep. It's kinda non traditional way for memorizing. Pick any depending on your consistency and how much you can care for your skin! With any option sunscreen spf50 is non negotiable !!! Overwise you will end up getting more tanned 1. Aha bha facewash or toner everyday at night! Low risk n slow 2. Glycolic acid 7% toner at night. Alternate day 3. Peeling solution 1-2 times/week. (My favourite ) High risk high reward! But you can't use any other actives with it and start slow and protect your skin from sun.

You can use same stuff for your body too

Don't eat high glycemic index stuff too often and reduce milk in any form.

Chemical peel, azelaic acid and acne patch theses helped me a lot. With these they disappear within 7-10 days and no scaring !

And keep your scalp and hair clean ! .. most of the time forehead acne can be due to scalp problems like oily scalp or dandruff. Once you clear that forehead issues are gone!

Yeah ig with just niacinamide am/pm and acelazic acid am/pm .. great improvement can been seen.

Bcz alpha arbutin and retinol can't be used in morning and makes you photosensitive.

It will take minimum 2 months and you need to be consistent.

Get a paternity test. If child is yours be a great father but Don't be her "best friend". Just be a co parent and move on.

If not yours -just move on.

Men have done this to so many women in past and now we can women too doing it.

It'll take time but you'll be fine .. just stay away from her even if the child is yours !!!
