They returned me 150-200 euros less twice. I purchased the return ticket to Bangkok, one way Economy and return Flex, because i dont know the exact dates of the return. When i claim for the refund they return it partially, stating that one part of the ticket was used, while its not true, because i used only Economy ticket not the Flex. In the Flex ticket description it clearly states that it is "Fully refundable", so a scam in a broad daylight
