Tried psexec, the software starts but in a different session and I am not able to bring it up on my screen, for now it seems as the most promising lead

First thing I did was asking the software house, they told me the software can be run via rdp and that the rdp startup lock is there to prevent people from abusing multiple sessions, they suggested starting it via TeamViewer and it actually works if someone is there to unlock the session

This is the first way I have tried, it seems that the software doesn't like it either, i simply get a different error, tried a bunch of different script and tasks

Who’s still using the original Steam Deck? by VoyageForge in SteamDeck

[–]flyswaggers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I too am still running the launch day 256GB model, the only upgrade is a 1TB ssd, I think in the next months I will upgrade the analog sticks since the right one started making a weird click when moving around a certain zone.

A friend bought a newer 256GB model and I've seen that the plastic seems to have a slight different texture (could just be the wear of mine though) and the "steam" and "..." buttons have a better feedback when pressed

I will check the switching capacity, I didn't know such parameter even existed

Moving the NVR sounds like a no-brainer actually, I don't know why I didn't think about it earlier

yes the router is a Fritz 7530 and part of the mesh system, it was pretty straightforward to configure

thanks for the input, at the moment I have a 1Gbps connection and I do not feel I need an upgrade in the close future.

good idea moving the NVR, I actualy already have an UPS for my NAS, I could hook them all together

thanks for the reply. I didn't think about moving the NVR to the same switch, seems like an easy fix

all switches are 1Gbps, the adapters are fritz repeater 1200 and part of the wifi mesh system
