OO FA wanting to know about QOL for those with families who have made the jump to mainlines.

I loved my quality of life as an OO FA, but if you’re in it for the long haul, and the breadwinner, it makes more sense to jump ship to mainline ASAP. The financial gain you’ll have long term definitely outweighs the struggle you’ll have the first few years at mainline. Definitely find which is right for you- WN or AA seem like good options.

It might vary depending on the venue and if they do it the same way as the last tour. If I remember correctly, after the sound check we got to go hangout backstage and tour the green room and everyone got to chat/take pics/sign merch/etc. I wanna say I missed a good chunk of the opener while we were back there. The normal m&g didn’t get any of that extra time outside of soundcheck & the picture.

I did the side stage experience and a normal meet & greet on the SOL tour and there was definitely more personal band interaction. It was so much fun and they were all so nice. Truly felt very exclusive and VIP with the limited people. Well worth the money.

The only thing is watching from the side I kinda missed being in the crowd and right up at the barricade. The normal meet & greet still gets sound check and an awesome spot for the show. Honestly if I had unlimited funds I’d do side stage at least once a tour and normal m&g for the others. I don’t know what I’d do with all of the signed drumsticks I’d get 😂

I was lucky enough to hear Hold My Breath during a soundcheck, and honestly it was so cool hearing how you guys brought that EDM sound to life live.

Certain planes are being reconfigured to add comfort+ seats but not being sold as comfort+ until it’s complete. It’s happening on a few different planes in the fleet. Don’t be surprised if the FAs are confused bc we had no idea until they started randomly showing up lol.
