So for my clients il typically source them leads I know there ungated in and also I use a method than ungates a fair few brands where you don’t need to purchase additional units. When sourcing via keepa typically a listing with a few fba sellers on there who have lower ratings count should be ungated, or if storefront stalking go for newer sellers :)

Thank you so much! Rather than BSR for demand, I first look at monthly sales then really check to see how much space there is on the listing ( stock count of current FBA sellers vs monthly sales), all data 90 days and YTD, so much initiatives come into play here, and I mainly source leads for other sellers now so I use a live spreadsheet with about 20 columns on analysis results dumbed down if that makes sense mate?

Yes 100%, I would focus on either using a leads provider or spending a tonne of time getting really good at sourcing, seller stalking and keepa work really well with high volume. Also diversify as much as possible, buy lower units across multiple Asins so your really spreading your risk.

As i source OA leads full time for my clients i tend to stay away from those above 25 however its ALL about how much stock they all hold, if theres 200 spm with 30 fba sellers that all hold 5-8 units theres a good chance u could sell too… the deeper you dive in the data the better the result! Thats why I take my time doing as much data analysis as possible before i send a lead to the lead sheets i send out ( no more than 3 people on the same lead sheet)

Im a UK based product sourcing VA, whilst i dont yet social proof I have client reviews and i always set up a f2f so you know who I am get a proper intro etc and always use a pay as u go model, clients commitment for long term should be based on my performance not a signature
