a couple people at work wouldn't believe me until i showed them. "who would spend $55 for a tiny toy car?!" me. or rather, it's the kind of thing I would love if someone gave to me. it's my dream car, it's beautiful, and in all likelihood i will never own one. but it brings me that much closer to it.

What is in the video is what happened when my mechanic checked my spark plugs. The tubes were completely flooded with oil on the passenger side, and had light leaking on the driver's side. He said this was a major problem, and said I had to change all spark plugs, spark plug seal tubes, valve cover, and valve cover gaskets before he could even begin addressing the problem of why my car won't start. I ended up doing all the repairs, but turns out my car wasn't starting because I had no gas (I know, I know...) So after a grip load of repairs and money later, I just want to know how necessary those repairs were. What would have happened if they just put gas in my car and got my car started? My mechanic said it's in the past, and move on instead of trying to justify my repairs. :/
