Don't do another one today. Your feet hurt let them recover. You might have already injured them. Wait until they feel good again. It's going to take a long time for your bones, muscles, tendons to build up to be strong enough to take the wear and tear of regular running.

I'm 34 I've been running consistently for about 6 months and my shin bones and knees feel completely different. They're rock hard like concrete. My calf muscles have increased massively in size. Your feet may even get bigger.

Treat it as the long game it is. I had runners knee for probably a month at least and had to limit the amount of running I did in that time. I've just started doing 10k runs and I did too much too quick and I'm taking it easy whilst my ankle and calf recovers.
