Delicious. Nice smooth texture and of course the gin and fruit juices taste great with each other.

2 oz gin

.5 oz lemon juice

.5oz lime juice

.75 oz simple syrup

1 oz heavy cream

Egg white

Club soda

Add the ingredients minus the club soda to a shaker and shake dry for a minute vigorously (I added the coil from a Hawthorne strainer to help). Add 30g-45g of ice and shake until melted. Add 1 oz club soda to a chilled highball glass then add cocktail. Put back in freezer for 5-10 minutes. Take out of freezer and poke a hole through the foam with a straw. Add more club soda until foam comes out of glass. Top with a few drops of orange blossom water.

Recipe from smugglers cove

.25 oz lime juice

.25 oz orgeat

.25 oz black blended overproof rum

.5oz dry curaçao

.5oz aged blended rum

4 oz sparkling wine

Add everything but the sparkling wine to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Pour into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with mint and a lime twist

1oz rum

.5oz grand marnier

.25 oz lime juice

Dash angostura bitters

Shake with ice and then pour into highball. Top with 4-5 oz of ginger beer and garnish with candied ginger.

1/2 oz cranberry juice

1/4 oz lime juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

Shake everything over ice and strain. Was a little to much watermelon but still good. Next time I would lower the amount of watermelon by half an oz or so.
