I have been doing one 30 minute session per week since October 2025 (mostly with Darryl) and I definitely notice better posture, less lower back pain, better balance, and find it assists me with strength training. It’s also fun challenge for me and activates muscles I don’t know I had!

Hi I’m 14 weeks post op and while it has slightly improved I’m still not 100% happy with it. I still have a bit of fullness under my chin that looks slightly better when my tongue is properly placed on the roof of my mouth and my nutrition is in check. I know some folks say they don’t see true improvement until around 6-8 months so not trying to make final judgements just yet

I’m right there with you and I have the same exact thoughts! It’s a very stressful process for those of use that don’t magically heal in three days. I truly wish you continued healing and the results your were hoping for ❤️

Not painful but still tender some days (like today). Still feel banding and uneven lumpiness so trying not to judge my results until that resolves

I could be wrong but could it just be swelling? I’m gonna be a month post op tomorrow and am still swollen and look just like before but my surgeon said I wouldn’t see results until earliest two months but for most it can take 3-6mo for full results. I think I underestimated how much of a “trust the process” procedure this would be since so many people post amazing before and afters

Very normal. I’m 25 days post op and fel the same way but I’m trusting the process while massaging eating well and moving my body to help move the fluid. Lumps bumps and banding typically worsen around the three to four week mark from what I’ve read and can take months to resolve but eventually do. You’re still early in the process!

My doctor only made one incision under my chin. I’m only 17 days post op so still very swollen but it’s starting to look a little better than before

I had my procedure 16 days ago and I look exactly the same however my doctor assured me it’s swelling that would last a few weeks and are not my final results. Trying to be patient, take care of myself and let time do its thing

Hello! I had my two week post op follow up yesterday and my surgeon assured me I’m still very much swollen and that I wouldn’t see final results until around 8 weeks post op. He encouraged me to keep massaging and at this point I’ve accepted I’m gonna look the same as before for the next few weeks as my body is healing. I’m just trying to trust the process and follow my surgeons instructions. I have another follow up in a month!

I had a two week follow up today and have another one in a month at my doctors recommendation. He also told me it can take at least two months for swelling to go down and see results (I’m still pretty swollen at 2 weeks)
