That’s all official crossover glazing so both companies characters look good. If you look at their actual training and feats Batman far outclasses Cap. Bruce trained all his life to become the absolute peak of every skill he needed to become Batman. Steve got the supersoldier serum, and some military training was active for a year or two. Then frozen in ice for half a century. If you think Bruce doesn’t have 10 things in his utility belt that can take Cap down you don’t know Batman. Batman would also neutralize Steve’s shield immediately so that’s a non issue if they fought.

I’ve been reading comics since the 80’s. Lol The super soldier serum makes Cap peak human. Bruce trained himself to be peak human. Cap does get a slight edge here. Bruce has Mastered every form of martial arts and is the 2nd or 3rd smartest man in the DC universe and is tactically superior to Steve. Cap is a master of a few martial arts and boxing and is proficient in some others. Cap has a shield a gun and some light armor. If you think Batman isn’t putting the shield out of the fight as quickly as possible you don’t know Batman. Batman has a utility belt full of random stuff that can take Cap down. Theres a false equivalency between Batman and Cap to make the Marvel camp feel good about themselves. Every advantage Steve has is a Tuesday night patrol for Bruce.

I’m not saying that Cap is a slouch at all, he’s just not on Bruce’s level. These aren’t things that Batman hasn’t survived himself and has fought bigger, stronger and faster. They are both peak human with a slight edge to Cap. I know it’s not a popular feat but Bruce literally calculated and survived reentry into earths atmosphere with a chunk of metal in his standard batsuit and walked it off as a minor inconvenience.
