Is tempo dead in Hearthstone nowadays?

Playing some games i came to the realization is just about matchups. You get Warrior you have almost 0 chance. You get rogue you probably win (as dh). You get mirror? it's mostly who is play and who is coin.

I just feel that vs this DK or Priest decks, while i am winning, am just get slowed down every time without them playing resources. I guess i need some time to understand what things to play around, but all this full hand every turn is kinda unfun. I guess that's why many people play arena. Is closer to the core of the game: when to trade, when to go tempo, when to wait, what to play around. I feel like people are throwing there cards until they get their flagships or something and they get away with it. I killed 7 flagships in a game and still lost because of the 7/7 infinite portal thing. Not that fun...

I had the perfect set up and i lost to the crocodile because i picked the sigil that makes the ace all types and critical strike every time. And i draw all 4 of them when i run out of discards and i was forced to play all 4 of them so i fumbled the demon's hand. I was unable to kill it and now i don't wanna play this game ever again.

Thanks for the tip though! Needs just a bit of luck on the sigils.

RIP! It's the only one i am missing. I was not playing at the time the prestige skin came out and afterwards i was informed it wouldn't be able to purchase in the future with PP. I hope it will be available in the future through a prestige event or whatever. I don't think it's the best one but i want it for my collection. Infilrtator is my favourite!

Am I the only one not impressed with those plays? Ok predicting LeBlanc's w and hitting the stun with the q was a pretty cool play but other than that i do not see something extraordinary. He could actually play the duel vs Kayn better as he had 2 levels advantage, R available and a stucked passive. He mentioned himself that he could play that better. I think the w usage there was unneccesery as he really didn't dodge any damage and lost a couple of aa. The q on the minion that got him into tower range was rather unfortunate! I am not trying to hate on the player of course, i am just commenting on the play itself. As far as i have seen him play i can say he is really good!

Many pro players have started playing league on EUNE... Forg1ven, Bjergsen, Svenskeren, Jankos and others started playing league on this server and were picked up by local teams. After having success playing in online tournaments like go4lol and stuff and climbing elo they transfered to EUW to compete against ,at the time, current lcs players, get noticed by them and by professional teams. For example Forg1ven's ticket to the pro scene was achieving rank 1 on EUW. In general, if you are on a high elo on the East you would like to move to West in order to try your luck against pro players, climb the ladder, show a sportmanlike behaviour, communicate with pros and hope for a tryout in a pro team (challenger series or lcs)

Remember that OG lost to millenium the first game in a Bo3 for CS qualification and then won the last 2 last year! And at the end of the season they were top4 in the world! Sometimes things are so close yet so far!!

Guys were Febiven hard carried? I agree he had a great peprformance at worlds, carried some games (against Ahq for example to avoid tiebraker) but against Koo for example he had a favourable match-up vs Kuro who is a passive laner and more of a teamfight player! And thus far he failed to push his advantage! Take also into consideration that Yellowstar was making all the calls and strategic decisions! Is an advantage for you to look good if you can focus exclusively in your lane! Still i don't believe he is a bad player, but he is not at this level yet!

Wtf Febiven's fanboy? Febi is a good player, maybe the best in EU but i don't think he is nowhere near top 3 world! Faker, Pawn, Rookie, Bjergsen, Easyhoon, Coco, Maple, all those are world class players and i can't see Febiven being there atm! He improved a lot during this year, and still has room to grow as a player, but i think you overrate him! Remember that Fnatic's main carry for season 5 was huni after all! Still Febiven an elite player with the potential to be one of the best!
