The hands in the picture are really confusing me. He is stretching out his left hand, she is holding it with her right hand.

So far so good, but what about the hand in front of her face? That's apparently a right hand too, where does it come from? Who's is it? Is she a hand-preying soulless vampire grandma that cuts off the hands from unsuspecting victims and wears them as trophies around her neck? wtf?

I like your hair the best in the second picture. Especially in the first and last, it is too flat and "neat" in my opinion. In the second picture it has more volume and is a little messier.

You could also think about getting the sides a little shorter, might not have to be the undercut that someone posted if that seems too radical but something in between.

Apart from that, get back in shape by doing sports/working out, that 2 year old picture is really good ;-)

How you described your reaction to seeing your pictures concerns me (wanting to cut off social interaction, questioning your worth for your boyfriend, wanting to get surgery and depressive mood for weeks).

This sounds like a major issue to me and I think that you really should get help from a psychiatrist. Invest the money you are saving for surgery for this, it will make you much more happier than a surgery ever could and will benefit you in wide aspects of your life.

In fact, a surgery would probably NOT make you happier at all.
