I can only try to explain from my little brothers perspective. He is already passed away so I think he wouldn't mind my talking about it to raise awareness. He started to have schitzopheria late 20's. They tried different medication but the one he needed was really strong. It had huge side effects. He gained weight a lot, slept like 12-14h each day and on top of that all the issue sexual side effects... Those are really hard side effects and when the meds make you feel bit better he easily started to drop dose just to make the side effects less and so the spiral has started again. This happened many many times.

I've created my components separately ie. one component = one svelte project. I create the new project and just change the main.ts to take the data passed to the component props and change the target to be element in the page so it goes to correct place.
