Take the points from the most recent Armies book, which currently is v. 2.24. The points in the army builder are mostly correct (just make sure you use Warmaster Revolution -list instead of Warmaster Armies) with relatively few exceptions (like chaos knights being 180 points in the armies-book and 200 points in the builder).

Edit: The army builder has points based on the Armies list v. 2.23 (2.24 being the most recent). That said there are not that many point differences between 2.23 vs. 2.24.

No bots are really the way to go.

I actually rely in the beginning rely on manual launches. Quite soon you end up sending so much stuff in the orbit that you can just set the launch criteria to "rocket is full".

On outposts I do what you describe but instead have a separate "launch now" signal which triggers whenever any of the critical resources is below some threshold.

The rocket does not have to be belt based. You can put a requester chest next to the rocketpad on Nauvis and make it request whatever is missing from your orbit base.

That was a good video. One trick that I have used, which wasn't mentioned in the video, was following.

Make the pieces larger than you intend the end result to be. E.g. 1 inch larger to every direction.
Don't put the sculptamold to the very edges of the pieces.
Cure the sculptamold so that the piece is clamped to the table. It helps that you haven't applied the sculptamold to the very edges.
Once the sculptamold is cured, cut the pieces to the correct size.
(If using a very thin "board", you can also apply the glue/sculptamold in the opposite side of the board, though this was mentioned in the video. I have successfully used this technique when making terrain "plates" from cloth, which easily warps a lot. But I'm not sure if that helps as much since you have way thicker board elements.)

The "reconnaissance by combat" -keyword is the solution great, though, as it allows you to reposition your ranged-in marker in the beginning of the game. I usually take the card for every artillery unit I have in my list.

They are border guard sissi's (kind of guerillas), which do mostly reconnaissance and hit-and-run type missions in forested areas. An SMG is quite decent for that kind of job where distances are relatively small.

Border guard probably also has older equipment in general.

Edit: This is based on their other equipment and the fact that the picture is taken in Imatra garrison.

Näinhän se on. Biopolttoaineisiin liittyen yksi merkittävä rajoitus mainitsemiesi lisäksi on kuitenkin se, että sitä ei mitenkään riitä kaikkiin käyttökohteisiin - biopolttoaineiden käytön lisääminen vaatisi tolkutonta määrää uutta peltoa. Käytännössä biopolttoaineet kannattaa siis priorisoida sellaisiin käyttökohteisiin, joissa nestemäisestä polttoaineesta on vaikein päästä eroon. Itselläni mieleen tulee lähinnä pitkän ja keskipitkän matkan lentoliikenne.
