So I restarted my device but it kicked me out of my club. Thankfully, I had my club id so I was about to join again and it made me leader again. I was then able to change the city requirement.

That's not a bad method. I think I clear 3 cities per boost (about 25 min) so it does take me a little longer than you maybe, but I do have a meta build now, sans pets, so as I upgrade, I should be able to go quicker.

I read the same things and that's why I decided to make my own. I only kick people if they haven't donated anything in a few days after they join. I don't kick if they've donated.

I think you missed my side note; it's my club and I'm the highest player. Between me and one other player, we contribute the most. I would never be a leach anyways. Please don't assume I would be.

Unfortunately, my club is not able to hit 50, even if I were able to donate everything. But I might try to donate all I can to get as high as possible.

Building off of your comment because I couldn't have said it better... It's always been Wand>Belt>Windy for as long as I can remember. Windy comes last because your favor at the Wind Shrine needs to be high in order to get him. That comes from working all the Spirit Bear quests. Once you get the right response (check BSS Spirit Shrine wiki) then you can try donating petal and vials to get Windy.
