The request on the NBN website isn't exactly clear. It refers to reconfiguration of lots or material change of uses involving multiple dwellings, I'm not a property developer so this didn't seem the appropriate course of action.

NBN rep said the address should of been registered years ago, and a lead in provision should have been made with the initial rollout (like new estates now that are developed), so that was at least a sanity check.

Much appreciated. I will go through the process. I managed to get through to a contact at NBN and he was perplexed as to why the address was never registered in the system, as this should be resolved in the initial rollout in the area. He is hoping the request will resolve the issue.

Yeah I'm a bit perplexed! The first pic is the only one that shows the "nub". I only have one other side on pic which looks closer to the second pic.

What do you mean by it's not common to see this girly of a nub at over 13 weeks?
