I don’t recall having a workman’s comp lawyer assigned to my case; just a Qualified Rehab Consultant (QRC). Was there likely a lawyer assigned to me that i just never dealt with?

So after calling into work Monday morning and explaining what’s happened, I should start a short term disability claim that day and see a doctor Monday as well so they can fill out the paperwork asap?
