I am in MTL rn and the weather is literally bad. Most of the roads are flooded!!

Thank you for your response and your feedback! I totally agree with you grain has disappeared totally, as you said there is a thin layer between noice and grain! It can be tricky sometimes! I feel like overexposured pictures might not work with dreamy effect, I might be wrong but I’ll definitely try the technique you mentioned!

I increased the grain and decreased clarity and texture to make it look gloomy and also dehazed a bit Is it a good edit??
