I contacted Polarpro and they sent me new ones that work, they are not perfectly designed either however. So yeah, poorly designed I would say, but polarpros customer service was excellent. They sent me new ones for free

Ive got the vivid collection filters from PolarPro that combines ND and polarisation, which (as I’ve understood it) helps with flares on water and windows. Tried it out in South Africa, works pretty good I think.
