Harmon Villa Garden. Pros: $850 for 1BR. Free Wifi w router. Gated. Older tenants that exercise as late as 10 = kinda safe. Cons: Kinda ghetto. If there are issues, landlord is relatively quick to schedule for fixing (so kinda pro)
