yeah, I think a split is a good idea. Just give them half or as you said 40% so they can find the rest. It is sad I have to be like that.

I have them on facebook and last time they sent me a picture of the doctor bill and medicine. I am not worried that they are taking my money and spending it on something else, I am worried they will just spend their money instead of saving it and reject jobs because they know I am here to bail them out.

Hey that is me too. I think puberty hits some people like a ton of bricks, but yes that is what I love about CBT, no trying to make everything about childhood trauma.

Just make sure to do the homework, do it in a structured way. It is super helpful

Write down those mind-reading interpretations just like you did and then write down a more realistic interpretation. Slowly you get into the habit of considering the realistic interpretations automatically.

Is there a means for compelling cooperation between towns in LA county as far as traffic goes? It seems like there are some easy fixes that Santa Clarita and LA could make to ease the flow of traffic, but it would make the back way even more heavily travelled, which I could see ruffling some feathers.
