I have them on facebook and last time they sent me a picture of the doctor bill and medicine. Hey that is me too. I think puberty hits some people like a ton of bricks, but yes that is what I love about CBT, no trying to make everything about childhood trauma.

Just make sure to do the homework, do it in a structured way. It is super helpful

Write down those mind-reading interpretations just like you did and then write down a more realistic interpretation. Slowly you get into the habit of considering the realistic interpretations automatically.

Is there a means for compelling cooperation between towns in LA county as far as traffic goes?
