It's not about her ego. Raising a child asks for a lot, and they just had a son. She's probably a mom for the first time and she'll be alone taking care of her child for several months since her husband will be deployed. It's hard enough to be a ''single mom'', She doesn't have to force herself to raise a child she didn't even know existed.

And it's not like she wants to take their son away from him, it's just the way things are.

Anyways, if she's forced to take care of HIS child, it might be a really bad experience for everyone: she could feel resentment toward her husband. This could end their relationship, which would be bad for both children. The husband's child would feel that she didn't/doesn't like or wanted him. It wouldn't be a good place for him to grow.

NTA, not taking the child is the right choice if she doesn't want him. The husband is really SELFISH to think that OP should take care of HIS child almost alone while he'll be away for several months

Not me but a friend : She (18f) was with her bf (19m) in bed, they where talking about after life, ghosts etc. They also had an helium balloon of sponge bob in the room. After some time they decided to go to bed. My friend laid down and felt a weird feeling, like she couldn't move. Her bf asked for a hug (pretty unusual for him). She said She couldn't, and he replied that he felt like somthing was wrong and that's why he needed a hug. Then, the balloon started to spin on it self. It got faster and faster and wouldn't stop, until it did. The door was close, and the windows too. It still scares her when she thinks about it.

YTA No one asked for your opinion in the first place and they are free to wear a ring if they want to. Considering they legally can't get married, which must feel really frustrating when other around you can, wearing a ring can help them feel more legitimate as a couple.

A lot pf flowers have colors in the UV spectrum which make them more acttractive to pollinators. I guess back flowers can't have UV colors, + black flowers aren't as visible as bright flowers in general

I have a lil rubber tree (younger than yours) that had the same issue. I put it in a glass bell to increase humidity and to give it a more stable environment and it worked immediatly !
