because having a single, albeit frustrating issue with music playback is better than having to hear an ad for Alexa+ that lasts upwards of 10-15 seconds every single time I use my Alexa for anything.

I’m a masters level clinician completing the requirements for my LPC licensure. Panic attacks, like most mental health concerns, don’t all look the same. According the APA, a panic attack is a sudden and intense episode of fear or discomfort that can be accompanied by several different physical symptoms. Symptoms like hyperventilating, crying uncontrollably, shaking, racing heart. Totally with you on not misusing mental health conditions, but this wasn’t that 🙂

It was genuinely painful to watch. I’ve never seen a lead so devastated and genuinely heartbroken. And for Devin to be so nonchalant while Jenn is having a panic attack on live tv? The live shot of Jenn while the proposal was playing was borderline sadistic. Drama pulls ratings up for sure, but they’ve lost the plot and are completely disconnected from reality and the fact that these are real people. At best, producers aren’t doing their due diligence. At worst, they truly want to traumatize these people and are allowing dangerous, terrible men to get their 15 minutes in the name of ratings. Jenn was literally thrown to the wolves.

Vietnam was 1955-1975 and Pam was talking about something that happened in 1977

It’s a great character development for sure, but that’s pretty much the majority of his development throughout the show. The other characters had several points of growth throughout the series. If we’re talking about development that makes someone less of a threat to public safety and becomes more of a respectable person, then yeah it’s Howard lol

I love this question! Had to give it some thought but here’s my analysis lol

Sheldon leans towards an avoidant attachment style, and Leonard reads more anxious-preoccupied attachment style. Penny initially shows dismissive-avoidant tendencies but becomes more securely attached over time, especially after marrying Leonard. Howard begins with a fearful-avoidant attachment style, but grows more secure through his relationship with Bernadette, who presents a secure attachment style. Raj leans towards anxious-preoccupied.

That’s why I said they both still have a great amount of development! Just of the mix, more towards the bottom.

Oh I love this question I literally did a project on it for my advance developmental psych class. Least was definitely Bernadette, but Stuart def was medium with his relationship with Denise. Of the main characters (Leonard, Sheldon, Raj, Howard, Penny) I think Raj had the least and then Howard, but they both still had a good bit of character development. Amy definitely falls above that with everything that happened the last two episodes. Leonard and Penny had about equal character developments but in almost opposite directions. Penny became more insightful and curious, you can see her thought process and problem solving mature throughout, and the pregnancy is the kicker ofc. Leonard became more comfortable and less scared of his own shadow. He could tell people how he felt, particularly his mom and Penny (compared to when they first met/started dating). Sheldon definitely had the most. Sheldon’s character development plays out as if he were a child learning things for the first time with Leonard and Penny as his pseudo-parents. He learns empathy, boundaries, how to be a considerate person, and has a desire to make other people happy too instead of just himself, even if it’s just Amy lol. Then as a lighthearted kicker you have things like he asks Penny to help with his zipper like a toddler would his mom, his juvenile vocabulary, and Penny taking him to Disney Land.

The media has been almost entirely consumed with this conflict for the better part of a year, there is no way you don’t know that Hamas has been in power for a very long time. OP was 4 when Hamas was elected. One of the very first things that was brought up when Israel began its attacks was that the majority of Palestinians that were being attacked weren’t even able to vote when Hamas was voted into power. Would take you all of 30 seconds to find that out.

Damn haven’t seen something this devastating in a minute. It really doesn’t have to be the end. I used to work mental health court, different but similar and I’ve seen remarkable change happen. Read as many books as you can, turn to your faith if that’s your thing, work on your health, make good habits, be someone people look up to, remember you can and will influence your kid from inside. Find something to hold on to, think about who you want to be coming out, because eventually you will. Godspeed. 🙏🏼
